So I am running the game in Windows 10 and I had issues with saving a profile.
Took me days to find out and it was pretty simple.
1. You have to download:
Windows marketplace client
2. Install it
3. Login or create an account
4. Run the Viva pinata game and it will work, hopefully. It worked for me.
